Four Dimensions of Leadership Integrated into One Lifelong Practice
Welcome to my digital portfolio and impact role menu
Since I was a small child living in a small town with anything but small dreams, I knew I was born to lead. I was inspired and driven to act in service of others and my community from a young age, and this mission continues to be the driving force in my life.
However, my perspective of what leadership is, and what it is not, shifted dramatically over time.
I realized before I was 25 that most of what we pursue in our culture invites and sustains oppression of self, others, system and community outcomes. Our shared fundamental cultural norms bring limitations on who I am, who you are, and who we could be – trickling down into the limitations of what communities can be, too.
In total rejection of these constructed limitations, I was called to lead in an entirely new way, in every aspect of my life.
Today, I relentlessly pursue the application of my personal experience of awareness and collection of personal leadership principles to my consulting practice, private client accounts, and community work.
Leadership, and its necessary revolution, is like a fire burning inside of me.
I have transformed my personal leadership model into business, community, and cultural leadership strategies, in an expression of an integrated and lifelong practice. I spend the majority of my time teaching, guiding, and supporting others on the same mission, who want to lead with respect, integrity, truth, and love without compromise, too.
When those who want to lead in this way approach me about how I can collaborate with them, I often share about my integrated leadership practice. This practice is known as my four dimensional leadership framework; Self, Other, System, and Culture.
I believe that if I can impact all four dimensions using the same principles and curiosities that brought me to define my personal leadership principles, I can make a meaningful difference and live life, as me.
I want my life’s work to invite respect, integrity, truth, and love back to the forefront of leadership; to welcome balance in the pursuit of growth, abandoning the notion of advancement or contribution, at all costs.
We can have it all – both sovereignty of self and solidarity with others, while we all succeed.
I’m here with you.

Four Dimensional Leadership Framework
My work is organized into four levels of impact, a necessary structure to fully integrate my personal mission into everything I do.

#1. Self
My commitment to myself to continue to learn, give, stretch and ground with amazing youth in my all-time favourite sport, competitive swimming, as a professional coach and coach developer.

#2. Other
My commitment to my peers in business ownership and other women who are making a difference with entrepreneurship in their communities.

#3. System
My commitment to draw out visionary leadership among government and non-profit leaders who are shaping communities and the lives of others.

#4. Culture
My commitment to shifting the cultural aspects that limit people and communities to live as themselves, in rejection of what they do not align with in our collective culture, and in acceptance and respect for themselves instead, living life on their terms so that we can all benefit from their authentic contributions.
Let’s collaborate.
